# Code of Conduct

## Our commitment

We commit to making participation in Kads a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, experience level, education, socioeconomic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, sexual identity and orientation, or technical preference.

We aim to build an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

## Expected behavior

- Be empathetic, respectful, and constructive.
- Give and accept specific technical feedback gracefully.
- Focus on what is best for users and the community.
- Respect privacy, attribution, and the boundaries of others.
- Take responsibility, apologize, and repair harm when mistakes happen.

Harassment, sexualized language or imagery, personal attacks, trolling, threats, doxxing, sustained disruption, and publishing private information without permission are unacceptable.

## Enforcement

Report conduct concerns privately to `conduct@kads.ai`. Maintainers will review reports promptly, protect reporter privacy where possible, and apply a response proportionate to the context, from a private correction through a temporary or permanent ban.

This code applies in project spaces and whenever someone officially represents Kads. Enforcement decisions may be appealed by replying to the original private report with relevant context.

This policy is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
