# Kads product roadmap

This repository tracks the hosted customer product. Kads OS packaging and self-host operations are owned by its separate repository.

## Current work

- Complete the Kads/Kads OS source split, with AI and Kads automation reserved for the hosted product.
- Improve analytics across the twelve providers using documented native metric and attribution semantics.
- Preserve missing-data coverage, report grain, account currencies and provider objectives.
- Prove advertiser authorization, reports and reviewed paused writes for the initial customer launch scope.
- Align customer promises with implemented product behavior.

## Hosted release requirements

- Healthy managed database, current migrations and passing tenant-isolation tests.
- Supported dependency versions and reviewed security findings.
- Complete signup, account connection, campaign, analytics and approved-change browser journeys.
- Reliable scheduler execution, failed-job recovery and backup restoration.
- Customer plan selection, checkout and entitlement verification when billing is implemented.
- Operator visibility into credentials, access errors, pending reports and ambiguous writes.

## Provider coverage

A twelve-network catalog is not complete parity with every native API. Keep capability families tied to current official documentation and explicit local/live evidence. Prioritize missing customer workflows, supported campaign types, media, targeting, audiences, attribution and reporting. Respect provider app approvals and account prerequisites.

Provider-neutral manual features belong in both source trees; AI tools, automatic rules and hosted services stay here.
