Early access

Kads is preparing for early access. Features, supported networks and planned prices can change before and after launch. Paid plans are not on sale yet; when they are, their price and billing terms are shown before you pay.

Your account and workspace

• Keep your sign-in, API tokens and assistant connections secure. You are responsible for what happens through them.
• Workspace owners decide who joins a workspace and what role they have. Owners and admins can connect and disconnect advertising accounts for everyone in the workspace.
• Only connect advertising accounts, Pages and stores you are authorised to manage.

Changes to your ads

Kads makes changes on Meta and other networks only when a workspace member approves them or sets up a rule that makes them. You are responsible for reviewing changes before you approve them, for the spend they cause and for your ads complying with each network’s advertising policies and terms. Networks can reject, limit or delay changes; Kads shows the network’s response but cannot override it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Kads to:

• break the law or any advertising network’s terms or policies
• access workspaces, ad accounts or data you are not authorised to use
• disrupt, overload or probe Kads beyond the limits of its API, except under our security policy
• resell access to Kads without our written agreement

We can suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you bring to Kads and the data copied from your ad accounts. You give us permission to process it only to provide Kads to your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it at any time; see Delete your data.

Ember and AI suggestions

Ember and Kads recommendations can be wrong or incomplete. Check results, drafts and suggested changes before you rely on them or approve them.

Kads OS

The open-source Kads OS is licensed separately under its source license. These terms cover the hosted service.

Warranty and liability

Kads is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or advertising spend. Our total liability is limited to [Liability cap]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kads and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access with notice, or straight away if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction], and disputes are handled by the courts of [Courts with jurisdiction].

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the terms change and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Kads after a change means you accept it.
